We may collect details submitted through enquiry, registration, audition, shop, volunteer or sponsorship forms. This can include names, parent or guardian details, contact details, date of birth, class interests, order enquiries, medical information relevant to safe participation and uploaded audition material.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries and parent feedback or ideas, manage class registrations, support safe participation, process shop or order enquiries, organise events, communicate important updates and administer Ballet Academy Cymru or Étoile Forum activities.
Media, photography and uploads
Photography, video and audition materials are handled with care. Where media consent is required, parents or guardians will be asked to confirm how images or recordings may be used.
Your rights
You may ask what information is held about you or your child and request corrections where details are inaccurate. Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for administration, safeguarding, legal or operational reasons.
