  3. Attendance and Punctuality:
    Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for maximizing the benefits of our training programs.
    Students are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled classes and rehearsals. Late arrivals may result in exclusion from the session.

    Any form of disruptive behaviour, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from our programs.

    Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may impact their ability to safely engage in dance activities.
    Ballet Academy Cymru reserves the right to request medical clearance from a qualified healthcare provider for individuals with specific health concerns.
    We prioritize the well-being of our students and adhere to rigorous health and safety protocols in all our facilities.
  6. Intellectual Property:
    All instructional materials, choreography, and creative works provided by Ballet Academy Cymru are protected by copyright law.
    Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or performing these materials without prior authorization from our administration.
    Products purchased from our online shop are also protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
  7. Photography and Videography:
    Ballet Academy Cymru may occasionally photograph or record classes, rehearsals, and performances for promotional purposes.
    By enrolling in our programs or purchasing from our online shop, students grant permission for their likeness to be used in marketing materials, unless otherwise specified in writing.
